If you give yourself too much of a nutrient, your body will simply eliminate the amount that you don’t need through your waste. There are various approaches with fitness and one is to pay attention and work a particular area. The primary standard for most is having a flat stomach and/or abdominal area, and then they focus on that and nothing else.
